Booking Policy

Make a booking:
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online 24 hours a day via our website.

A credit card number may be requested to secure bookings during busy periods and for large treatments.

Arrival time:
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows unrushed time to complete a new client form if necessary, & discuss your treatment.

Late Arrivals:
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment, and be charged at the full price. Appointments will finish at the scheduled time to ensure the following clients are not inconvenienced.

Late cancellation and no-shows impact us significantly. We understand that you may need to change you appointment, but we kindly ask for 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients. Cancellations or changes within 24hours may incur a fee. No-shows and cancellations within 12hrs of your appointment time will result in full charges being applied.

Parking and Transport:
There is ample free street parking on Haig St.
Bus stops are located directly across the road. Google search”journey planner” to plan your trip. Please leave adequate time, dependent upon traffic.

You can wait comfortably in the reception area if you are early.

Health Rebates: 
HICAPS is available for Remedial Massage for selected health funds
